Brooke Rule, RMT
Brooke Rule graduated from the 3000 hour program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and is a proud member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC). Brooke came to massage via a path that includes being a Chef and a veterinary assistant. Brookes interest in massage therapy stems from a love of working with people, and a strong belief in the many benefits of massage therapy. She likes to incorporate relaxation massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving both pain and stress. Through personalized care her main focus is on the end goal of immediate relief and long terms solutions for her patients to maintain good health.
Brooke has lived in many parts of B.C. and moved to Kelowna in 2014. She enjoys the active lifestyle of the sunny Okanagan. She adores her three dogs, yoga and ice-cream.
Brooke`s caring and warm nature allow her clients to see the treatment they need in a comfortable relaxed environment. She takes pride in her work and continues to build her practice, facilitating her clients journey to optimal health.
